Boy found unconscious, strangulation marks on neck

A 10-year-old boy was found unconscious in Beit Hanina in Jerusalem, apparently after choking while playing with a rope. Paramedics and EMTs from Magen David Adom transferred him to the Shaare Zedek Hospital while performing CPR.
Police say the boy was found by his family with strangulation marks on his neck. The circumstances of the case are being investigated. (Noam Dvir)
