The French diplomat who struck an IDF officer while she trying to deliver aid to Palestinians whose homes were demolished in the West Bank will be relieved of her duties in December 2013, according to an agreement between Israel and France.
The Foreign Ministry said, "This was an isolated incident that does not characterize the relations between the two countries." (Moran Azulay)
