Palestinian dies from IDF fire near fence

The Palestinian who was hit by IDF fire after approaching the fence in the northern Gaza strip died from his wounds. Another Palestinian, who was also hit, was caught after a short chase.
It remains unclear whether or not the Palestinians were armed or were trying to place an explosive in the area. (Yoav Zitun)
