Court orders evacuation of squatters on Mount Eldad
The Beersheba District Court accepted the state's request to order the evacuation of a group called "Garin Harel Ecological Community," which invaded land on Mount Eldad, near a worksite on Har Hanegev.
“The Settlement Garin” which describes itself as ecological, built 35 buildings on the property and even established a solar energy system. The state asked to remove the group from the property. The court granted the state's request and said that the group could contact evacuate itself. (Ilana Curiel)
