Beersheba: Mother arrested for suspect abuse of infant son
A woman in her twenties was arrested in Beersheba on suspicion of abusing her infant son, aged seven months. Beersheba police arrested the woman on Wednesday night after receiving a report from hospital in the city, where her son was treated for injuries.
An investigation revealed that the mother was abusing her son, and burns were found on his body. Following the investigation, the mother was arrested. She will be remanded on Thursday in Beersheba Magistrate’s Court. (Ilana Curiel)
