Obama: Gov't shutdown due to Republicans' 'obsession'

US President Barack Obama said that the longer the government shutdown lasts, the worse the situation will get.
Obama added that the only reason for the shutdown is the Republicans' "obsession" with neutralizing the health-care reform he initiated, dubbed Obamacare. (Reuters)
