15 killed in Egypt clashes

At least 15 people were killed Sunday in clashes in Egypt between security forces and supporters of ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi, a health ministry official said.
Khaled al-Khatib said 83 people had also been injured across the country. In central Cairo, policemen fired shots and tear gas to disperse stone-throwing protesters. (AFP)
