Yemen denies German ambassador abduction attempt

Yemeni authorities have denied Sunday night that the German Ambassador to Yemen, Carola Müller-Holtkemper, was the target of an attempted abduction in Sanaa.
A Western diplomatic official told AFP the ambassador "is not currently in Yemen." (AFP)
