Serial flasher filmed on beach, arrested
Man caught on tape exposing his genitals while strolling along Rison Lezion beach
Security cameras installed along the beach in Rishon Lezion led to the arrest of a man who regularly exposed his private parts in public.

Information obtained by city inspectors allowed them to follow the man and eventually film him walking along the promenade with his genitals exposed.

The man was detained and transferred to police custody.
City inspectors began monitoring the man following a complaint received last week from a beachgoer.
Two days later, the flasher returned to the same beach and again walked around with his genitals exposed, but this time he was filmed by security cameras and detained.
