Security cameras installed along the beach in Rishon Lezion led to the arrest of a man who regularly exposed his private parts in public.

City inspectors began monitoring the man following a complaint received last week from a beachgoer.
Two days later, the flasher returned to the same beach and again walked around with his genitals exposed, but this time he was filmed by security cameras and detained.
