Finance Minister Yair Lapid and members of Yesh Atid party stated that they send their condolences to the Yosef family following the passing of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef. They added that Rabbi Yosef was one of those who designed the Chief Rabbinate in Israel and one of the greatest arbiters of Halacha, and his passing leaves a great void in the world of Torah.
