Palestinians: IDF arrests 2 in Al-Bira

Palestinian media reported that IDF forces raided the town of Al-Bira, near Ramallah, Monday afternoon. The forces arrested two brothers who live in the town after searching their homes. It remains unknown if there is a connection between this arrest and the terror event in Psagot on Saturday.
