Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein, on a visit to Italy, met with his Italian counterpart, Laura Boldrini and talked with her on the Iranian nuclear program issue.
After the meeting, the speaker attended a meeting of the Italian parliament's foreign affairs committee. In response to the question posed by one of the committee members - if Israel demands Iran to disarm, why doesn't it do the same - Edelstein said that "it's as if a criminal would say he wants a gun because police officers have one."
