Palestinian report: More prisoners to be released by end of month

According to Palestinian news agency Maan, Palestinian Minister of Prisoner Affairs Issa Karaka said that the release of the second group of Palestinian prisoners, as part of the renewed negotiations with Israel, will take place on October 29.
Karaka added that the Israeli government is refusing to reveal the names of the prisoners and refuses to cooperate with the Palestinian leadership in preparing the lists of prisoners to be released in the future. (Nimdor Semel)
