Attorney for Elon: Community service, not prison term

Attorney Asher Ohayon, representing Rabbi Moti Elon who was found guilty in two cases of sexual assault on a minor, said in arguments that Elon should receive community service, and not a prison sentence.

"The court must treat him leniently because of all the things he did, the education he shared and because of the hundreds and thousands who benefited from his approach," Ohayon said. (Aviel Magnezi)
