Histradut: Allow workers to strike in light of failed talks

The Histadrut Labor Federation turned to the National Labor Court with a request to allow port workers to strike following the fact that, as they claim, negotiations with the state regarding the ports reform has reached a dead end.
"The reason for the failure of the negotiations is because the representatives of the state came to the negotiations table without having the true intention of finding a solution that will secure the employment future of the workers of Israel's ports," the Histradut wrote in its request.
