West Nile Fever causing mosquitoes found in Sharon region

Inspectors of the Environmental Protection Ministry have found during routine checks mosquitoes that can cause West Nile Fever in a creek in the Drom Hasharon Regional Council.
The council reported that due to the findings pesticide was use, and more will be used as per needed. The Environmental Protection Ministry reports that they've guided local authorities to amplify pesticide usage and call residents to not leave standing water. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
