Abbas: Will look for int'l help if Israel reneges on prisoner deal

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said he will turn to international organizations, should Israel renege on the agreement to release Palestinian prisoners who were imprisoned prior to the Oslo Accords.
In an interview on Palestinian tv, Abbas also said that the request of the PA to join international bodies is not related to the peace process, and that he does not accept the offer of negotiations in return for stopping plans to push for membership. (Elior Levy)
