Academic year opens; colleges with more student entries

The Israeli academic school year will open Sunday morning across the country. Higher education institutions will be joined by 308,000 students, an increase of 1.5% from the previous year.
Some 60% of the bachelor's degree students in the upcoming academic year are enrolled at colleges, an increase of 3% compared to last year. About 40% will study at universities, in which the number of bachelor's degree students decreased by 1.7%. (Ynet)
