Group: Syrian regime shelling kills 11 in south

An activist group says shelling by Syrian regime forces has killed at least 11 people, including women and children, in a southern city.
The British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says at least three children and four women were among those killed when government forces struck a building in in the southern city of Daraa. (AP)
