Rabbi David Lau: Yosef was rare figure

Rabbi David Lau, the chief rabbi of Israel, spoke at the service marking the end of shiva for Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, saying, "He was a rare figure of a generation, a special man of Torah who belonged to all the people of Israel."
