Moshe Katzav petitions Supreme Court for retrial

Former Israeli President Moshe Katzav, currently serving seven years in prison for rape related charges among other sexual offences, has petitioned the Supreem Court for a retrial.
According to the request, the trial was a miscarriage of justice, one of the legal possibilities allowing for a retrial. (Aviel Mengazi)
