Brig.-Gen. Moti Almoz named new IDF Spokesperson

IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz has officially appointed Brig.-Gen. Moti Almoz as the next IDF Spokesperson. Almoz has replaced Brig.-Gen. Yoav Mordechai, who has held the position for the last two years.
During the ceremony marking the appointment, Defense Minster Moshe Ya'alon said: The media is a complex arena which cannot be taken lightly. The role of IDF Spokesperson is complex and challenging. (Yoav Zitun)
