VP Teva to Ynet : We'll start with managers

In an interview with Ynet Ika Abravanel, Teva’s Corporate Executive Vice President commented on the company’s anticipated layoff plan. "The process will begin with retiring employees. The second round will be employees close to retirement and we will give them an early retirement agreement, "he said.
Abarvanel added: "The next stage of the process we will examine the natural rate of departure from the company, at about 7 % per year. The next year, the rate will be lower; then we get to dismissed employees. We will begin with managers and later reach the employees." (Billie Frenkel)
