CBS: 20% of Muslims in Israel live in Jerusalem

At the end of 2012, the Muslim population was estimated to number 1.388 million, an increase of approximately 34,000 inhabitants compared to the end of 2011. This is according to a report by the Central Bureau of Statistics.
The largest number of Muslim residents live in Jerusalem at 288,000, and they constitute 20.8% of all Muslims in Israel and 35% of the total residents of the city. (Yaron Druckman)
