Bennett on attacks on Teva: Will cause great damage

Economy Minister Naftali Bennett addressed the Teva layoff plan saying, “In recent days there is competition of who can attack more harshly big companies in Israel over the major tax benefits they received. These attacks will cause enormous damage.”
”We need to stop the fervor. I understand the last event, and it is very easy for me to join the chorus attacking Teva. I spoke last week with the CEO Jeremy Levin to see if we could narrow the scope of the layoffs," said Bennett. "By populism, we will cause great damage and perhaps gain a few mandates, "he added.
