Bill: Sexual harassment charges even without victim's complaint

The Ministerial Committee to Promote Women's Rights suggested a bill that would bring sexual harassment charges against public figures even if the victim did not complain. This under the assumption some victims don't complain as they are subjected to and dependant on the abuser. (Omri Ephraim)
