Yachimovich to PM: Chance for historical peace, enough scare tactics

During a special Knesset plenum held in memory of slain Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, Opposition Leader Shelly Yachimovich addressed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and said: "You have an opportunity to lead a historic deal with the Palestinians, enough with the threats and intimidations."
Yachimovich added that: "we must remember the violent atmosphere of the time, which crossed every legitimate border of disagreement. Then, at the time, we did not know to what depth such zealotry and murderous politics we would sink – but now we know." (Noam Dvir)
