Former Bank Hapoalim chair Dankner to admit to fraud, breech of trust

The Former Bank Hapoalim Chairman Danny Dankner will admit to offences of fraud and breech of trust as part of plea bargain reached with State prosecutors. In return he will be cleared of money laundry charges.
Last October, an indictment was filed against Dankner with the Tel Aviv District Court. Dankner will also pay a million shekel fine. (Zohar Shahar Levy, Calcalist)
