5 Elisha Hospital caretakers suspected of abuse remanded

The Haifa Magistrate's Court remanded until Monday the five caretakers in the head trauma wing of the Elisha Hospital in Haifa suspected of abusing their patients.

The chief nurse in the wing, suspected of not reporting the abuse and preventing it, was released for house arrest, but the judge delayed his release until tomorrow to allow the police to appeal the decision. (Ahiya Raved)
