Transgender sentenced to 10 months solitary pardoned

Following an interview given to Ynet by R., a young transgender sentenced to 10 months in solitary confinement for armed robbery while he was undergoing sex change treatment, the Justice Ministry decided to pardon him for humanitarian reasons. He will serve the remainder of his sentence doing community service.
