Prisoner convicted of sexual offenses dies in hospital

A 64-year-old man currently serving time for sexually related offenses passed away at the Soroka University Medical Center in Beersheba.
The prisoner was taken to the hospital Friday after his medical condition deteriorated. The Israeli Prison Service has opened an investigation into his death. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
