Bennett allows his ministers free vote on cannabis bill

Habayit Hayehudi Chairman Minister Naftali Bennett allowed his faction's ministers to vote independently on the cannabis bill promoted by MK Moshe Feiglin, to be reviewed by the Cabinet Legislation Committee on Sunday.
According to the bill, any specialist or family doctor could write a prescription for cannabis to patients who require it. The Israeli Medical Association opposes the bill, claiming it would increase violence against doctors. (Attila Somfalvi)
