Suspected Iranian spy remanded until end of legal proceedings

The Lod District Court extended the remand of Ali Mansouri, an Iranian-Belgian citizen suspected of spying and aiding enemy during war, pending the conclusion of the legal proceedings.
The remand was extended with the consent of Mansouri's attorneys. According to the indictment, Mansouri was recruited in 2012 in order to spy for the Iranian intelligence in order to harm Israel's security. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
