The High Court of Justice hearing on the petitions filed against gas export, with a bench of seven justices, ended without a ruling. The High Court of Justice is required to decide who has the authority to decide on the matter of gas export.
The government made a decision to export 40% of Israel's gas reserves. In response, Knesset Members Shelly Yachimovich, Reuven Rivlin, Moshe Gafni and Avishay Braverman, together with environmental groups, petitioned the decision. (Ynet)
