Bat Yam Mayor Lahiani dismissed by High Court

The High Court of Justice ruled to dismiss Shlomo Lahiani from his role as the mayor of Bat Yam, in light on an indictment filed against him.
The three justices, headed by Supreme Court President Judge Asher Grunis, ordered the dismissal, however informed that Lahiani may still run in the upcoming mayoral elections in the city. (Aviel Magnezi)
