One third of complaints against Israel Electric Co. justified

The Israel Electric Corporation published its public complaints report, which showed that the electric Company racked up more than 1,100 consumer complaints in 2012. Thirty-one percent of these were found to be justified.
In 2012, the Israel Electric Company reimbursed Israeli consumers a sum of NIS 9.2 million for meters which were not read. 84,500 customers were disconnected from electricity due to not paying their bills.
