The Electricity Authority has published its public complains report. According to the report, of more than 1,100 of complaints lodged against the Israel Electric Corporation in 2012, 31% were justified.
In 2012, the company spent NIS 9.2M (roughly $2.6M) reimbursing citizens and some 84,500 people were disconnected from the grid after failing to pay their bills. (Ynet)
