Jerusalem: Citizens contain Jewish boy attacking Arabs

Police reported that citizens contained a 15-year-old Jewish boy who was attacking Arab women in Jerusalem. Police arrested the suspect after he sprayed the women with mace; one of the women, a 40-year-old, had to receive medical treatment. (Noam Dvir)
