EU to begin talks with Turkey regarding joining union

The European Union announced that in the beginning of next month it will begin talks with Turkey about its possible joining to the EU.
According to the statement, the EU's foreign ministers who met in Luxemburg made the decision that talks with Turkey may be initiated. (AFP)
