Accusation: 2 detectives kidnap, attack man

The Police Investigations Unit and the State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment with the Beersheba District Courthouse against two detectives from the Ashdod police station on charges of kidnapping, abuse of power and assault. 

According to the indictment, the two, Atar Ziglovicks, 35, and Sergei Malcov, 25, forced a man into their police car without reason and beat him. During the drive they also threatened him, "We will bother you." The incident took place two weeks ago. (Ilana Curiel)
