Egypt: Islamists call for mass week-long protests

Egypt's Islamist Bloc, an alliance of Egyptian political parties supporting the Muslim Brotherhood, is calling for week-long non-violent protests under the banner "Suez's steadfast approach is our path to Jerusalem."
The slogan was chosen to reflect the resistance to the toppling of the Muslim Brotherhood ahead of the anniversary of the Yom Kippur War's Suez campaign. (Roi Kais)
