Mentally unstable man steals bus, crashes in car

The police have arrested a 40-year-old mentally unstable man who stole a bus and drove it wildly, eventually crashing into a car along Route 25. The police arrested the man near the Makhtesh Hakatan (the Small Crater).
An initial investigation revealed that the man stole the bus during the night and took it for a ride. The bus was empty. (Ilana Curiel)
