High Court: State must explain why everyone not given gas mask

Within the framework of a petition demanding the state supply gas masks to all residents and citizens of Israel, the High Court has issued a decree ordering the state to explain why it did not issue gas masks to everyone, in an equal manner.

Additionally, the decree states that if this is not possble, the state must explain why it does not distribute the gas masks it does have in an equal manner (Avial Magnezi)
