Detention extended in Akko mayor assassination attempt
The Akko Magistrate’s court extended by three days the detention of one of the suspects in the assassination attempt on Akko Mayor Shimon Lankry. The police demanded 12 days of detention.
The judge stated that there was evidence in some of the charges against the suspect, but also said that it appeared police did not know the part each detainee played in the incident. (Ahiya Raved)
