Haifa: Man convicted of attempting to kill wife, beating children
The Haifa District Court has convicted a man in his 40s from the Sharon region of attempted murder of his ex-wife. He was also convicted of beating his children.
The man and his wife divorced in 2010 after 11 years of marriage but he began to stalk her, threatening and harassing her. In November 2011 he entered her house with a metal pole and began violently beating her. He also hit his children who attempted to stop him. (Ahiya Raved)
