Ramat Hasharon mayor to take leave

Ramat Hasharon Mayor Itzik Rochberger will announce at court tomorrow that he is taking leave until the end of legal proceedings against him. Rochberger is charged with breach of trust, bribery, and fraud.
"He's taking leave because he recognizes the court and believes his innocence will be proved," said a source close to Rochberger. Shira Avin will replace him as mayor. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
