Bill: Legal to hold, use small amount of pot
Knesset Member Tamar Zandberg of Meretz submitted a bill according to which the possession and self-use of a small amount of cannabis would be legal.
The bill stated that according to the Jerusalem Institute for Israel Studies, 275,000 adult Israelis used cannabis this past year. Zandberg said her bill creates harmony between the law and the reality in Israel. (Moran Azulay)
