Affiliates: Deri, Yishai meeting 'wasn't easy'
The meeting between Shas Party Chairman Aryeh Deri and the party's former chairperson, MK Eli Yishai, has ended, with the two exiting the room independently. According to an affiliate close to both men, the meeting was not easy, and the two slammed one another for their respective behavior in the period leading up to – and following – the death of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef.
Yishai said that "the meeting was good. We agreed to meet again in the future. We'll do everything to preserve the movement." Deri, who exited after him, refused to comment. (Kobi Nachshonov)
