An indictment was filed against Nissim Haruti, 32, from Beersheba, for allegedly murdering his 56-year-old aunt in September.
According to the indictment, which was filed with the Beersheba District Court, Haruti beat his wife while visiting his parents and then dumped her body from the sixth floor balcony. (Ilana Curiel)
