Derek Roth's family says opposes extradition of murderer

The family of Derek Roth, the taxi driver murdered in 1994 by Moshe Ben-Ivgi and Arbel Aloni, opposed Ben-Ivgi's extradition from Argentina due to the terms posed by the South American country according to which the extradition will not include the murder charge.

On Wednesday it was reported that Ben-Ivgi will be extradited to Israel and will only serve five years in prison for an armed robbery performed while on leave from prison. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
